Purchase Terms & Conditions

By completing a purchase on the Open Instincts website, you agree to the following Purchase Terms:


Age Requirement

  • All guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend. Valid government-issued identification will be required at event check-in.


Membership & Event Admission

  • Purchase of a membership does not include admission to any event. Event tickets or packages must be purchased separately.

  • All memberships, tickets, and packages are non-transferable.


Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund requests must be made in writing to info@openinstincts.com at least 30 days prior to the event start date.

  • Approved refunds are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Guests may choose instead to receive a full credit toward a future event, valid for 18 months.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date are not eligible for refunds.

  • If Open Instincts cancels an event without rescheduling, guests may request either a full refund or a credit valid for 18 months.

  • Event changes (venue, location, or dates) are not considered cancellations. The above-stated policy continues to apply.


Payment Plans

  • By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Open Instincts to automatically charge your card on the dates and amounts disclosed at checkout.

  • You may cancel a payment plan by contacting info@openinstincts.com at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled installment.


Billing Descriptor

  • Charges will appear on your statement as:
    ML Ticketing 


Acknowledgment

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You are attending of your own free will as a member of a private group.

  • You agree to follow the Event Code of Conduct, Terms of Service, and all venue rules.

  • You understand that violations may result in removal without refund.
