Open Instincts Event Code of Conduct & Rules
Private Membership Events
Open Instincts hosts private, invitation-only events for approved members and guests. These gatherings are designed to provide a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all attendees. By participating, you agree to the following rules and conditions:
Age & Eligibility
All attendees must be 21 years of age or older and present valid government-issued identification at check-in.
Events are not open to the public. Attendance requires pre-registration, profile approval, and ticket purchase.
Consent & Respect
Consent is mandatory. Always ask before initiating any form of physical contact. Only proceed with an enthusiastic “yes,” and immediately stop if consent is withdrawn.
No means no. Pressure, coercion, or repeated requests after refusal are grounds for removal without refund.
Respect personal boundaries, privacy, and the right of others to decline interaction at any time.
Safety & Intoxication
Over-intoxication creates safety risks for you and others. Guests who appear impaired may be denied entry or asked to leave for their own safety and the safety of others.
Do not drink and drive. Hotel accommodations and transportation options are available; plan ahead responsibly.
Open Instincts does not sell alcohol. Events may be BYOB where permitted or offered under the host venue’s license. You are responsible for your own consumption and conduct.
Venue Rules & Conduct
Only designated areas are clothing-optional. Public areas such as hotel lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces require appropriate attire.
Public indecency is prohibited. All private behavior must remain within approved event spaces.
Guests are responsible for their own hotel rooms, including any damages, cleaning fees, or incidental charges assessed by the hotel.
Weapons, illegal drugs, and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Discretion is essential. Do not share the identities, photos, or personal information of other members without their express permission.
Photography or video is permitted only in clearly designated areas. No unauthorized recording is allowed.
Event locations and group details must not be disclosed to non-members.
Membership & Access
Attendance is a privilege of membership. Open Instincts reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any individual at its discretion.
Tickets, memberships, and packages are non-transferable.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Personal Responsibility & Liability
Guests assume full responsibility for their own actions and any resulting injury, loss, or damage.
By attending, you agree to hold harmless Open Instincts, its organizers, staff, and volunteers from liability arising from your actions, choices, or consumption of alcohol or other substances.
Any personal items (such as clothing, accessories, or equipment) brought to the event are your responsibility. Open Instincts is not liable for lost or stolen property.
Conduct & Community Standards
Treat all guests, staff, and venue personnel with respect at all times.
Harassment, aggressive behavior, or disruption of the event atmosphere will not be tolerated.
“No drama” — if your actions jeopardize the enjoyment or safety of others, you may be removed without refund.
Final Acknowledgment
By entering an Open Instincts event, you confirm that you:
Are attending voluntarily and of your own free will.
Understand and accept these rules.
Agree to respect the community’s values of consent, discretion, and responsibility.
Open Instincts reserves the right to enforce these rules at its sole discretion. Violations may result in immediate removal and loss of membership privileges.
