These Terms of Service govern your use of the Open Instincts website (“Site”). By registering with us, purchasing tickets or memberships, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access the Site or attend events.

By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Member Conduct

You agree not to use the Site:

To upload or share nudity, explicit sexual content, illegal content, or copyrighted material without permission.

To harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.

To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

To interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Site.

3. Profile & Content Guidelines

All member profiles and photos are subject to review before approval.

Explicit or non-compliant content will be removed at the discretion of administrators.

Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Copyright Complaints & Content Removal

Open Instincts respects the intellectual property rights of others. Members may only post content they own or have permission to use.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization on the Site, please contact us at info@openinstincts.com with the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a link or description.

Your name, address, phone number, and email.

A statement that you are the copyright owner (or authorized agent) and that you believe the use is unauthorized.

Upon receiving a valid notice, Open Instincts will review and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified content. Repeat violations by a member may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Event Participation

Event admission requires valid government-issued identification confirming you are 21+.

By attending, you agree to follow all posted event rules, hotel rules, and dress code requirements.

Event fees are contributions toward expenses of a private group gathering. They are not payment for any activity or service beyond access to the event.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are published on our Refunds & Cancellations page and apply to all purchases. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Open Instincts is not responsible for the conduct of members or guests. You assume full responsibility for your actions and any consequences thereof.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership or access to the Site at any time for violations of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

9. Member Communication & Social Features

As part of your guest profile, Open Instincts provides access to limited communication features such as direct messaging and social feeds. These features are designed to enhance the event experience by allowing approved members to:

Coordinate attendance at upcoming events,
Share interests and connect around common bonds, and
Receive official event updates and notifications.

These communication tools are not intended to function as or replace an online dating platform. Our Terms of Service prohibit solicitation, escort activity, or the use of the site for any commercial or adult service purposes. All content is moderated, and explicit or sexual material is not permitted. Profiles and photos are reviewed before approval and are continuously monitored to ensure compliance.

By using these features, members agree to use them responsibly and in alignment with our community standards, which emphasize respect, consent, and privacy.
